Enforcement procedure
If we do not deal with your feedback satisfactorily from your point of view, you can contact the conciliation board at the Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities. This conciliation body has the task of settling disputes between persons with disabilities or their associations and federal public bodies out of court.
